With a heavy heart I am shutting down warhammer RPG for the foreseeable future. This includes tomorrow.

why so, ironfather?
Basically life sucks, there is only war and you're probably going to get eaten by Tyranids, have fun.

Works getting to be a pain in the ass at the mo and when i get home my brain is totally fried.

Stability is the biggest concern for me. I'm finding it hard to work in a meaningful plot with only 3 steady players. I like to work in personal goals for my players so that they develope as individuals and not just in a group. I'm thinking that Friday nights may not be viable for an RPG as my brain leaking has lead to some substandard plot ideas.

this may change in the future. I'm hoping that over the Christmas hols i can really think it out and get something more solid for folks to enjoy.

I have enjoyed the sessions we have had but I just dont think i am bringing my A game to it and that I am letting my players down because of it.

Totally understandable as I was in a similar boat for much of this year with the Pathfinder sessions.
Just didn't have the spare time to devote to developing side plots ect. as much as I would normally like to due to study commitments sucking up chunks of my free time at night.
The good thing about those AP's is even if you do little in the way of preparation you can still pull a session together pretty well even though I usually like to add my own flavour to the campaign which has been a bit difficult to date.
I think our first Rise of the Runelords campaign was probably 50/50 mix of AP and original work which seemed to flow nicely with the differing side plots ect.

Things should pick up a bit now I'm all finished though which is a positive :)
Just have to get you all out of that stinking prison....seems like you've all been in there for months

Will get back onto the campaign site next week and start preparing your downfall
